1985 20Th Class Reunion Photos Still Crazy After All These Years The Glendale High School Class of ‘65 20th Reunion Dinner and Dance was held August 10, 1985, at the Castle Green, 99 South Raymond Avenue in Pasadena. The reunion activities were spread over a week and included an afternoon at Crescent Bay, a trip to Catalina, an evening at Dodger Stadium, a golf tournament, a family picnic, and a buffet dinner dance. From the mini-yearbook of the event:“The Castle Green was bedecked in red and black balloons and red anthuriums. Alumni, many of whom were attending their first reunion, hugged, kissed, shrieked, and smiled as familiar faces appeared. Over 400 grads and their spouses or special friends ate hors d’oeurves and danced to the tunes of many oldies but goodies. Midway through the evening, the familiar strains of our Alma Mater were presented in a surprise appearance by part of the 1985 Glendale High School Marching Band. . . 1990 will be here before we know it, and we hope to see everyone at our next reunion.”
